OMXNI is the design and technology brand of OMNIBUILD PTE LTD. We built it because the gap between “I love this picture” and “this is what it costs and here is who will build it” was too wide — for homeowners, agents and businesses alike.

Mission

Close the loop between imagination and construction.

Rendering is the cheapest thing we do. Building is the most valuable. OMXNI exists to connect them: every render carries its property type, budget, style and materials into a preliminary estimate from our real price book, into draft carpentry and electrical drawings, into professional review, and finally into a quotation and a build delivered by OMNIBUILD's own teams.

We are technology-enabled, not technology-led. The AI helps you see faster and decide sooner. The designers, carpenters, electricians and project managers make it real.
