Do I need a PE for my HDB renovation?
Most HDB interior works do not, but hacking of certain walls, structural openings and some M&E changes do. We flag this during planning.
Do I need a LEW?
Electrical installation works in Singapore must be carried out and, where required, endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker. Our electrical team works with LEWs on every project.
