Privacy Policy

OMXNI is a brand of OMNIBUILD PTE LTD (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Account data: name, email address, phone number, password hash, role (customer, agent, admin), and optional company or CEA registration details for agents.

Project data: property type, address (if you provide it), floor area, budget band, style preferences, requirements, room details, material selections and any notes you enter.

Images: photos and floor plans you upload and the renders, edits, masks and drawings generated from them.

Usage data: pages visited, actions taken in the workspace (for example renders created, estimates generated, downloads), device and browser information, IP address, and first-touch marketing attribution (UTM parameters and referrer).

Communications: enquiries, requests for designers, site visits, quotations and professional services, and our correspondence with you.

To provide the service: generate renders, store your projects and versions, calculate estimates and produce drawings.

To respond to your requests and, where you ask for a designer, estimate, quotation, site visit or professional service, to contact you about it and to create the corresponding lead, customer, quotation and invoice records in our business systems (ERPNext, operated by OMNIBUILD PTE LTD).

To operate, secure and improve the platform, including fraud and abuse prevention, rate limiting and analytics.

To send service messages, and marketing messages only where you have opted in.

Uploaded images are processed by our image-generation models to produce renders. Processing runs on infrastructure operated by OMNIBUILD PTE LTD; images are transferred to and from that infrastructure over encrypted connections and are not sold or used to train third-party models.

Generated images are stored in your private project workspace. They are not public unless you create a share link or publish them.

We share data with service providers that host our infrastructure and deliver email or messaging, with licensed professionals (PE, LEW) when you request their services, and with OMNIBUILD PTE LTD operations teams who fulfil design and construction work. We do not sell personal data.

Account and project data are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure unless a longer period is required by law (for example, financial records related to quotations and invoices).

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, a first-party attribution cookie to remember how you found us, and analytics/marketing pixels only where configured. You can control cookies in your browser.
