AI Generation Terms

Renders, edits, virtual staging, inpainting results and generated drawings are produced by machine-learning models. They can contain inaccuracies, impossible geometry, incorrect proportions or materials that do not exist. Always verify before relying on them.

You confirm you have the right to upload the photos and floor plans you provide and that they do not include identifiable people without consent. We may reject or remove inputs that breach these terms.

As between you and us, you own the outputs generated from your inputs and may use them for personal, design-briefing and property-marketing purposes. We retain a licence to store and process outputs to provide the service and, in anonymised form, to improve our prompts and presets. We do not use your images to train third-party models.

When AI-generated images are used to market a property, you must disclose that they are visualisations (for example: “Virtually staged” or “Visualised with OMXNI”). Entry-level output includes a small OMXNI mark for this reason.

Carpentry concepts and electrical layouts generated by the platform are labelled Concept / Draft and For planning purposes only. They are not fabrication drawings and not endorsed electrical designs. Final design and endorsement are performed by the appropriate licensed professional where required.

Generation runs on dedicated hardware and may queue during busy periods. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.
