Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of omxni.sg and the OMXNI platform operated by OMNIBUILD PTE LTD. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Agent accounts are for licensed property professionals. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, upload unlawful content or attempt to circumvent limits.

Renders are design visualisations. They preserve the general geometry of your input but are not measured, engineered or construction documents.

Estimates produced by the platform are preliminary ranges derived from our price book. Final pricing is subject to site measurement, material selection and confirmed scope, and is only binding when issued as a quotation.

Concept and draft drawings (including carpentry concepts and electrical layouts) are labelled as drafts for planning purposes only. Final design and endorsement are performed by the appropriate licensed professional where required.

Credits are consumed when generation jobs are created and are refunded automatically if a job fails. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire in accordance with the plan under which they were granted.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to, images of people without consent, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing. Do not use the service to misrepresent the condition of a property in a way that would mislead a buyer or tenant; virtually staged or renovated images must be disclosed as such.

Design, renovation, carpentry, electrical, painting, construction and professional services are provided by OMNIBUILD PTE LTD or its appointed partners under separate quotations and contracts. Those documents govern the works.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of renders, estimates or draft drawings without independent verification.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
